"Energy Right"The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has a free program called “Energy Right” which provides you with an opportunity to conduct an energy audit on your home or apartment and receive information on how to improve energy efficiency therein, as well as a FREE Home Energy Kit with energy efficient materials such as compact fluorescent light bulbs.
